My name is Tom and I work with MATs and schools, supporting their short-term and interim capacity needs. I trained to become a teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people – and through my work I’m able to extend that commitment, working with hundreds of schools, and tens of thousands of students nationally.
Outside of work, I am a keen sports fan with an active interest in football and tennis. In addition to this, a lot of my time is now being taken up by renovating a house I have recently purchased!
